Journal of Sleep Medicine (Abbreviated title: J Sleep Med), which was founded in 2004, is a peer-reviewed scientific and medical journal covering the broad fields of sleep physiology and sleep disorders. The Journal is the official publication of the Korean Sleep Research Society and is published three times a year (April 30, August 31, and December 31) in either Korean or English. The primary audiences are clinicians and research professionals specializing in sleep-related disorders with a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines, including neurology, internal medicine (particularly pulmonology and cardiology), otolaryngology, psychiatry, psychology, and dentistry. The Journal of Sleep Medicine publishes scientific and clinical articles aimed at reflecting the state of the art in the international science and practice of sleep medicine. The Journal covers original articles on basic and clinical research, reviews, case reports, pictorial essays, and letters to the editor. It is indexed/tracked/covered by ScienceCentral, Google Scholar, and KoreaMed.
